Our Transaction Banking Solutions (TBS) team delivers dynamic banking solutions to improve our clients’ businesses and support Australia’s economic development. The Client Integration and Transition team works closely with Business Banking and Institutional Banking and Markets (IB&M) sales and distribution channels to implement solutions that cover a wide range of business working capital needs.

 

Our team’s responsibilities include ensuring that the customer’s Transaction Banking product suite is comprehensive in response to their needs, collaborating on appropriate strategies that best manage the requirements of the Bank and our clients, and ensuring the end-to-end delivery of our products and solutions takes place in the most efficient manner. We adhere to a defined project methodology to assist clients to transition their transaction banking to CBA as well implement new products and services where there is a requirement for project management or systems integration.

 

Do work that matters:

You will play a key role in project managing the successful delivery of complex products/services to new & existing clients, responsibilities include:

  • Project managing product implementations for new business wins and multiple product upgrades or transitions for major clients

  • Providing training and support on complex, technical and implementation related issues to internal and external clients

  • Identifying, assessing, and implementing risk mitigation strategies to meet project objectives.

  • Identifying and proactively manage issues through the use of escalation and steering committees

  • Planning and execute follow up support activities in order to ensure client satisfaction

  • Providing a point of reference for Transaction Banking Specialist teams on issues relating to implementation procedures and resources.

 

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:

  • Demonstrated quality project management experience

  • Experience in change management and process redesign

  • Proven competency of project management tools and techniques, including project management software e.g. Microsoft Project

  • Experience in Business-to-Business relationships in corporate and financial services

  • Transaction Banking and e-commerce Product Knowledge preferable

  • Demonstrated experience working with technical solutions.
