What a Day in the Life Looks Like:

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery for AMR implementations, including scoping, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their requirements, develop project plans, and ensure successful delivery of AMR solutions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth delivery of projects, including IT, Operations, and other departments as required.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, status reports, and other project documentation as required.
  • Provide regular project updates to clients and management.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure project objectives are being met and any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues and escalate as required.
  • Ensure compliance with project management best practices and company policies and procedures.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management and account management, preferably in the Supply chain industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with similar automation implementations preferred
  • Prince2/ SCRUM/ Agile Certifications preferred.
