We have a fantastic opportunity to join our talented Project Management team as a Project Manager. This position reports to the Director of Customer Onboarding, APAC. Whilst this role is advertised in Perth, WA, given the role's hybrid nature and our office locations we would consider candidates from Sydney also.
Job Summary
The Project Manager is a pivotal role responsible for leading the implementation of HSI Donesafe Solutions for our largest and most strategic clients. This position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of project management, who can navigate complex client expectations and commercial drivers. The successful candidate will not only drive project delivery but also serve as a key commercial partner to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Leadership and Pre Sales
- Partner with the sales team to strategically scope, cost, and draft comprehensive Statements of Work (SOWs) for prospective clients. Use your expertise to advise on project feasibility and contribute to commercial proposals that secure new business.
Strategic Project Execution
- Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle for large-scale, enterprise level HSI Donesafe implementations. This includes defining scope, managing high level risks and ensuring project delivery aligns with both client objectives and business profitability.
Executive Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for senior level client and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for leading governance meetings, providing project updates and proactively managing expectations to ensure a smooth and transparent project experience.
Risk and Scope Management
- Proactively identify, analyse and mitigate complex risks, issues and blockers. You'll be accountable for rigorously managing project scope, leading the negotiation and execution of formal Change Requests for out of scope work and ensuring all changes are tracked and priced appropriately.
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with product, development and technical teams to facilitate complex solution design and ensure the timely delivery of system integrations.
Team and Process Improvement
- Contribute to the ongoing refinement of project management methodologies and best practices within the organisation.

Qualifications and Experience
- 5+ years of experience in a project management role, with a strong emphasis on managing large scale, enterprise level software implementations.
- SaaS implementation experience is highly preferred, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Experience contributing to pre sales or sales processes, including the creation of SOW’s.
- Expertise in various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Project Management certifications strongly preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with proficiency in project management tools, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and MS Office Applications.
