What You’ll Be Doing
- Developer Partnership Management
- Manage communication with developers from onboarding through sell-out
- Coordinate releases, stock updates, pricing adjustments, and incentives
- Maintain structured reporting cadence
- Project Launch & Stock Coordination
- Prepare internal marketing packs and briefing documents
- Ensure accurate stock uploads and pricing schedules
- Manage allocation tracking and availability
- Commercial Negotiation
- Negotiate marketing terms and supply arrangements
- Maintain commission structures and performance expectations
- Escalate issues professionally and decisively
- Contract & Documentation Control
- Review contracts and marketing agreements
- Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance
- Maintain governance standards
- Sales Team Enablement
- Provide clear positioning of projects
- Respond quickly to strategist queries
- Support resolution of deal escalations
- Milestone & Settlement Tracking
- Monitor build timelines and updates
- Identify potential delays early
- Protect internal and external stakeholder relationships
