Supporting the program lead to deliver a critical business transformation project, Your role includes (but not limited to) managing the overall project timeline, budget tracking & reporting, ensuring all milestones are on track and managing go live readiness.
How you will contribute
You will:

  • Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and tools
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks and escalate them to program lead
  • Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports and monthly review meetings and leading stakeholder meetings
  • Lead budget management, reporting and tracking,
  • Confirm the completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go live
  • Own the relationship with key stake holders across the business and external vendors.
  • Manage all aspects of project delivery including meeting administration, stake holder follow up and timeline management.


What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

  • Experience in project management and understanding of various PM methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Dev Ops etc.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to drive discussions with project resources and leading project meetings, circulating minutes and follow up on tasks.
  • Excellent project planning and proactiveness in identifying risks and mitigations and managing project timelines with a strong focus on excellence in project delivery.
  • Knowledge of MS Project and other PM tools is desirable.
  • Problem solving and critical thinking mindset. Can do attitude and self motivated. Able to hit the ground running and contribute positively and proactively.
  • Experience working on projects in FMCG, digital Business transformation projects and / or work experience in HR / Payroll is desirable.


More about this role:

  • This is a temporary fixed term 1 year contract with us.
  • Will be based out of Ringwood but travel to sites at Dandenong, Scoresby & South Melbourne will be required on ad hoc basis.
  • Great opportunity to work on a big business transformation project.
