  • Build trusted client partnerships. Develop a deep understanding of your clients’ brands and industries, confidently responding to requests and proactively identifying new opportunities

  • Elevate those around you. Mentor and support junior team members, helping raise the bar across organisation, writing and media engagement

  • Fuel agency growth. Contribute to new business pitches, draft standout case studies and identify opportunities that strengthen Burson’s market positioning

  • Lead with ownership and accountability. Manage priorities with confidence, communicate clearly, anticipate challenges and deliver excellence

  • Strong social capabilit, understanding platform nuances, identifying trends and translating ideas into engaging, social first content
  • Confidence building and nurturing media and creator relationships, with a proactive approach to pitching and securing coverage
  • Excellent writing skills across press releases, pitches and platform ready social content
  • Digital fluency, comfortable using performance insights and open to emerging tools, including AI, to enhance campaign impact
  • Commercial awareness, strong organisation and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
