We're looking for a hands on Senior Account Manager who’s passionate about PR and thrives working across consumer and B2B tech brands. Based in Sydney, you’ll be joining a supportive, fast paced team where no two days are the same from managing global campaigns to juggling timelines, teams, and stakeholders across multiple categories.
You’re someone who knows how to keep things moving a natural trafficking lead and project manager who can bring clarity and structure to busy workflows. You’re also comfortable digging into the data, spotting what matters, and turning it into meaningful results for clients. If you love working with smart people, building strong relationships, and driving great work across big name brands and have experience working in the agency space, this could be your next big move.
What You Will Do
Account Management
- Lead integrated PR campaigns across consumer, B2B, and tech sectors, managing everything from planning and content calendars to execution and reporting
- Oversee trafficking and workflow management, ensuring clarity across teams, timelines, and deliverables
- Manage scopes of work, budgets, and resources while tracking performance against KPIs and using insights to optimise results
- Coordinate across global markets and multiple stakeholder groups to ensure campaign alignment and consistency
Media & Influencer Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media and influencers across consumer and tech verticals
- Drive earned outcomes through strategic pitching and proactive media engagement
- Monitor media landscape shifts and identify timely opportunities for clients
Client Service
- Act as the day-to-day lead for key clients, offering clear, strategic counsel rooted in data and industry insight
- Lead WIPs, briefings, and client communications, ensuring proactive issue resolution and forward momentum
- Develop a deep understanding of your clients’ brands, business priorities, and audiences
Team Leadership & Development
- Mentor and support junior team members, encouraging collaboration, quality delivery, and continuous development
- Lead by example in client service, pitching, and campaign delivery while maintaining high standards of execution
Reporting & Insights
- Own campaign reporting and measurement, from benchmarking to delivering insight-led recommendations
- Apply a data driven mindset to evaluate campaign performance and guide strategic decisions
New Business & Agency Contribution
- Contribute to new business opportunities through research, pitch development, and proposal writing
- Help create compelling case studies that showcase campaign impact
- Play an active role in broader agency initiatives, including marketing, innovation, and team culture
Experience That Contributes to Success
- 4+ years’ experience in public relations, ideally within a PR agency, working across consumer, B2B, and tech clients, with a strong grasp of tailoring campaigns to different audiences and markets
- Proven ability to manage complex, global accounts involving multiple brands, stakeholders, and regions
- Strong trafficking and project management skills, with confidence leading workflows, timelines, and team coordination in fast-paced environments
- Comfortable working with data and reporting and is able to analyse metrics, draw insights, and apply them to campaign strategy
- Confident communicator and trusted client partner, with experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff
