Job Description

THE ROLE

  • Review finalised credit applications to ensure adherence to the policy and risk appetite
  • Identify policy breaches and potential risks exposures through structured reviews.
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback to improve individual performance and team-wide credit quality.
  • Maintain a portfolio of QA findings and track action items to support reporting to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with the management team to ensure accuracy and consistency in credit assessments and related processes.
  • Contribute to the refinement and updates to credit policies and processes based on QA findings.

Qualifications

THIS PERSON IS SOMEONE WITH

  • Experience in Credit Operations, Loan Underwriting, Risk or Quality Assurance.
  • Strong understanding of credit assessment principles.
  • Experience with reviewing bank statements preferably for SME
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • A continuous improvement mindset, embrace change and thrive from it
