Job Description
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join a project with Miratech’s trusted global partner, focusing on testing Conversational AI applications, including both chatbots and voicebots. The role involves designing and executing both functional and regression test scripts to ensure high system performance and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing functional test cases and corresponding test data.
- Conducting call routing and skill-based testing.
- Ensuring high attention to detail and delivering quality results with a strong work ethic.
- Collaborating effectively within a team and communicating clearly in both independent and team settings
- Identifying, assessing, and managing project risks proactively.
- Supporting and managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Providing occasional evening or weekend support during system deployments as needed.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in the IT sphere.
- 3+ years of experience in testing Genesys IVR applications and Conversational AI solutions (including Voice BOTs).
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with IVR testing tools such as CYARA Velocity, CYARA Virtual Agent, and CYARA Cruncher.
- Proficient in Text-to-Speech (TTS) augmentation, SSML tags, and audio augmentation techniques.
- Skilled in functional test case creation and test data preparation.
- Experience working with Splunk for query execution and log validation.
- Expertise in call routing and skill-based routing testing.
- Strong attention to detail, a proactive work ethic, and a results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team.
- Proven ability to identify, assess, and manage risks effectively.
- Capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Flexible to provide evening or weekend support during system deployments, when required.
