  • 7+ years of QA experience in an Agile environment, including ownership of testing across multiple releases.
  • Strong automation experience building and maintaining automated tests using tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Postman (or equivalent frameworks/tools).
  • Shift-left quality mindset: bias for action in driving testing and quality advocacy earlier in the development lifecycle.
  • Testing strategy leadership: ability to define and execute a comprehensive testing approach across manual, unit, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing.
  • Strong grasp of software quality practices including test design techniques, defect lifecycle, CI/CD test integration, and release readiness criteria.

  • Exploratory testing strength with an ability to uncover edge cases and high-risk scenarios.
  • Impact analysis capability: assess downstream risk and identify testing scope for changes across systems/modules.
  • International QA certifications (preferred) such as ISTQB (Foundation/Advanced), CSQA/CSTE, or equivalent industry-recognized credentials.
  • Education (preferred): Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
