We are now seeking an experienced Quality Automation Tester to join the team.

Job Summary:

You will be responsible for defining, coordinating, and promoting the QA Automation standards and practices across our line of SQA Function, ensuring the highest quality of delivery and solutions are being provided to our internal customers.

The person in this position is responsible for driving Software test automation and proper functionality of L&W systems, games and products.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the Charge: Design, implement, and refine our test automation strategies to ensure top-notch product quality.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Developers, QA team members, Project Managers, and Clients to resolve issues and improve test coverage.

  • Drive Innovation: Research cutting-edge technologies to enhance and optimize automated testing pipelines.

  • Mentor & Grow Talent: Coach team members to build a high-performing, autonomous test automation team.

  • Ensure Excellence: Execute automated tests, manage defect logs, and facilitate defect triage ceremonies to ensure smooth project delivery.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 3+ years in test automation, with hands-on expertise in tools like QTest/NetGen or similar.

  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Jira or similar defect management tools, with a proven track record of developing test plans and executing tests effectively.

  • Leadership & Strategy: Ability to define automation objectives, establish metrics, and communicate roadmaps to technical leadership.

  • Collaboration: A proactive and flexible team player who excels in cross-discipline collaboration and provides constructive feedback.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Adept at identifying, managing, and resolving complex issues and defects.
