  • Define and track key quality engineering metrics (test coverage, automation effectiveness, defect rates, and release stability).
  • Continuously improve test infrastructure, automation tools, and release workflows.

About You

  • Experience leading and managing a team of at least four engineers.
  • Hands-on experience coding 10-20% of the time, improving automation frameworks and quality pipelines.
  • Skilled in hiring, mentoring, and setting technical direction while staying hands-on.
  • Deep experience with test automation strategies and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium).
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, performance, security, and reliability testing.
  • Ability to define scalable test strategies and optimize testing infrastructure.
  • Comfortable testing legacy systems while driving modernization efforts.
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain technical decisions clearly.
  • Naturally curious, innovative, and results-driven.

Our Tech Stack
