The Anantara Vilamoura Algarve Resort is the first Anantara Resort in Portugal, and has 4 restaurants, 3 bars, 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, Kids Club, SPA and fitness facilities.

We are recruiting RECEPTIONIST (M/F) to ANANTARA VILAMOURA ALGARVE RESORT

As a Receptionist (M/F), you will report to the Front Office Manager and you will be responsible for receiving, accompanying and supporting the customer from the booking stage to check-out. Provide information and promote the services of the Hotel and the region in order to guarantee a service of quality and excellence, contributing actively and decisively to exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications

WE LOOK FOR CANDIDATES WITH:

- Professional experience in similar roles. 4 or 5 star hotels
- Knowledge of Portuguese and English and preference for another Foreign Language (fluent orally)
- Minimum 12th year of schooling or Professional Course adapted to the role (preferred)
- Bachelor's or Degree in Hotel or Tourism Management (preferred).
- Good level of general culture and knowledge of the hotel's destination
- Computer knowledge Microsoft Office, Internet, Database and specific applications for the area of accommodation / hospitality.
