We’re looking for an additional receptionist to join our White Fox HQ. 

This role sits at the centre of the office. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, support the smooth running of the space day-to-day, and help create an environment that feels welcoming, considered, and well looked after.

If you’re someone who is naturally on top of things, loves structure, enjoys a collaborative creative space and takes pride in keeping things running seamlessly behind the scenes, this could be your role.

The Role

As our Receptionist, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the front desk and shared office spaces.

Your day-to-day will include:
  • Greeting and signing in all visitors
  • Managing front door access and security gates for visitors
  • Managing and maintaining meeting rooms, including bookings, setup and presentation
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Ordering and managing office supplies
  • Assisting with staff birthdays, celebrations and office moments
  • Sourcing and liaising with new vendors and suppliers as needed
  • Coordinating external partners including cleaners and landscaping
  • Assisting with general office maintenance and ensuring the space is always presentable
