Ready to step into a new role that truly makes a difference? At RSM Gosford, we’re are seeking optimism, goal-kicking, and hopefully - you! We’re on the lookout for a Receptionist who brings warmth, organisation, and positive energy to our busy office.

As the first friendly face clients see when they walk through our door, you’ll help shape their experience from the very first moment. If you love being at the heart of a professional, supportive, and genuinely friendly team, this could be the perfect fresh start.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide front-of-house reception services and greet clients in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and accurately.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, maintain rooms, and assist with IT setup.
  • Organise refreshments for clients and assist with catering for meetings and events.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain reception services and ensure communal areas are tidy and well-presented.
  • Provide general administrative support including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Assist with ordering office supplies and resources.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

About you:

Essential:

  • Completion of Year 12
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Professional presentation and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Desirable:

  • Certificate in Business Administration.
  • 6–12 months experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
