About the role:

Join RSM in Wagga Wagga as our Receptionist and become the welcoming face of our office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer-focused and organised professional who enjoys creating positive first impressions and supporting a busy team environment.

As the first point of contact for clients, visitors and staff, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional client service while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our office. No two days are the same, with responsibilities spanning reception, administration, meeting coordination and office support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing professional front-of-house reception services
  • Greeting clients and visitors in a warm, friendly and professional manner
  • Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately
  • Coordinating meeting room bookings and ensuring rooms are prepared and presentation-ready
  • Assisting with catering and refreshments for meetings and events
  • Providing general administrative support including document preparation, printing and other office requests
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks as required
