About the Role:
This is an exciting new role as we open our new reception in our head office. The purpose of the role is to be the face of the Domain Pyrmont office and manage the front reception desk including mail/courier deliveries, greeting guests and assisting office employees with day-to-day enquiries.
The role will provide administrative support to the Office Experience Team as well as the Executive Assistants when required, for meetings or events. The Receptionist role is key to reinforcing the professionalism of Domain and provide a good first impression for the head office.
The Receptionist role accounts for a number of different responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Greet and manage visitors to the office
Ensure reception is kept presentable at all times
Order and monitor stationery for the office
Monitor milk, fruit, tea and coffee orders for the office
Receive mail and courier deliveries
Manage and monitor weekly magazine deliveries
Arrange travel & accommodation for staff (non ELT) as requested
Assist Office Manager with adhoc tasks such as social events, facilities and general
office functionality.

Our Ideal Person:
ESSENTIALS:
Previous experience in an admin type role required
Able to multitask and have good organisational skills
Great attention to detail
People oriented and a team player
BA Degree or equivalent
NICE TO HAVES:
Previous experience in an organisational/event type role favourable
Excellent time management skills
Proficiency in computer use
