Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver end-to-end recruitment processes for business support roles across operations, finance, HR, legal, compliance, risk, marketing, and executive support.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to deeply understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and business drivers, translating these into effective recruitment strategies.
- Proactively source, assess, and engage high-calibre candidates using a range of channels, including direct sourcing, professional networks, referrals, and agency partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong, forward-looking talent pipelines to support both immediate and anticipated hiring needs.
- Use recruitment data, market intelligence, and candidate insights to continuously refine sourcing strategies and improve speed, quality, and hiring outcomes.
- Conduct rigorous initial screenings to assess capability, potential, and alignment with IMC's high-performance culture.
- Deliver a consistently high-quality candidate experience through clear communication, responsiveness, and timely, constructive feedback.
- Drive efficient interview and assessment processes, ensuring structure, consistency, and high standards across all stages.
- Stay closely connected to market trends, talent availability, and compensation dynamics within business support and corporate functions.
Skills and Experience
- 3-5 years' experience in full-cycle recruitment within a fast-paced, high-performance environment (financial services or professional services preferred).
- Proven ability to recruit for specialised, competitive business support roles with a strong focus on quality and delivery.
- Strong direct sourcing capability, with the persistence and creativity to identify and engage top-tier talent.
- Confident, credible communicator able to influence and challenge stakeholders when required.
- Highly organised, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and delivery standards.
