As our sole recruiter in Australia, you’ll be responsible for GTM hiring across our APAC roles, with a specific focus on our Australia-based roles. You’ll directly own all stakeholder relationships, play a key role in representing and developing our talent brand in Australia, and help grow our APAC teams. This is a hybrid role that will require 3 days in-person at our Sydney office.

What you’ll do as a Recruiter, GTM - APAC at Vanta:

  • Own hiring across the GTM function for APAC - source and close top talent across a variety of roles in sales

  • Directly manage stakeholder relationships with hiring managers

  • Create and iterate on interview processes to ensure we are fairly and accurately assessing candidates throughout their interview experience

  • Be the subject-matter expert for APAC hiring within the broader People team

  • Help build the Vanta talent brand in the APAC market

How to be successful in this role:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in GTM-related roles in APAC

  • Strong track record of hiring across high-volume roles in the APAC market

  • Ability to influence and drive developing roles from scratch

  • Strong business acumen across a variety of tech industries and companies in APAC

  • Diligent about tracking and digging into pipeline data to inform your recruiting strategies
