Your role and goals

At Productsup, we're on an exciting journey and need your expertise to help us find and onboard top-tier talent. As a Recruiter, you will be crucial in recruiting key individuals who will propel us to the next level.

  • Impactful Recruiting: You will collaborate closely with department leads to identify and attract exceptional candidates who will be pivotal in taking us to the next level
  • Candidate Experience: Ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience is central to your role, as we understand the importance of building lasting relationships with potential team members

In your first 2 weeks you will:

  • Go through our company-wide onboarding process, along with specific training tailored to the Talent Acquisition department
  • Get familiar with our company, stakeholders, industry players, and the strategic roles
  • Master our tools and processes (Greenhouse, Calendly, Confluence, etc.) to optimize your efficiency and effectiveness
  • Shadow experienced colleagues during interviews, gaining valuable insights and techniques to enhance your recruiting prowess

From your third week and beyond you will:

  • Take charge of end-to-end recruitment processes for a diverse range of roles across departments and levels, demonstrating your autonomy and expertise
  • Utilize your experience in active sourcing techniques to ensure a steady flow of high-quality candidates through various channels, including your extensive network
  • Contribute to broader People & Culture projects that intersect with Talent Acquisition, ensuring alignment and integration across the P&C team

What you bring to the team

  • 2-3 years experience as a Recruiter handling both commercial and technical roles
  • Experience in hiring across EMEA, and ideally also in the US and/or India
  • Previous experience in active sourcing is essential, with a clear understanding of its importance to the role
  • Proven track record of successfully collaborating with senior internal and external stakeholders across diverse locations and cultures
  • Proficiency with Greenhouse as an ATS is a plus
  • Refined and structured behavioral interviewing skills
  • Analytical, numbers-driven, proactive and solution-oriented working style.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required
