We have a high bar for candidate experience and we're constantly looking for ways to improve.
  • Talent partner. You'll proactively source for active and passive candidates and will constantly be looking for creative ways to discover new talent. You'll work closely with hiring managers across Dovetail to craft their interview plans, review applications, shepherd candidates through our process, and ensure we’re keeping our talent bar high.

  • You act like an owner. You’ll have a strong sense of accountability and comfort with self-starting/working autonomously. You’re highly trustworthy, and showcase great instincts and judgement.
  • You’re creative. You know that job adverts and LinkedIn are not the only channels of headhunting candidates. You love research and understand that the art of sourcing is always evolving.

You'll need to build strong relationships with people across the team and be a trusted business partner as well as providing great communication to candidates and give detailed feedback.
