We’re looking for a motivated Recruitment Administrator to join our Nursing team and play a key role in supporting our recruitment operations. You’ll work alongside passionate consultants and leaders to ensure a smooth, efficient recruitment process - helping us connect exceptional healthcare professionals with opportunities across Australia.

Job Description

As our Recruitment Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of the team - providing administrative and compliance support to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

Your day will include:

  • Assisting the recruitment team with posting roles, screening candidates, and managing compliance documentation.
  • Coordinating candidate onboarding - collecting, uploading and verifying key registration documents (e.g. visas, WWCC, CRC checks).
  • Maintaining accurate candidate and client records in our recruitment systems.
  • Supporting payroll and timesheet verification processes.
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Contributing to process improvements and supporting business initiatives across the Nursing division.
