Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager for Australia and New Zealand, we’re looking for a Recruitment Branding Specialist to help establish, manage, and scale our global employer brand across Australia and New Zealand, while activating content across platforms like LinkedIn, SEEK, and Instagram. This is your chance to shape how we show up in the ANZ talent market.

Whether you’re a deep Employer Brand marketing specialist or a former recruiter turned talent marketing expert, we would love to hear from you. If you have experience with some, but not all, of the experience or requirements below and come from an employer branding or recruitment background, please feel free to apply, and we can consider shaping the role to your current career level.

What you will do

  • Build and execute a measurable recruitment branding strategy that reflects our Power Your Possible employment brand across the ANZ region.

  • Own and manage the day-to-day content calendar across platforms including LinkedIn, SEEK, Instagram and our careers site—creating a cohesive, compelling voice across all candidate touchpoints.

  • Design and deliver creative social-first content (video, photo, graphics, blog) to elevate our talent presence and tell our people stories in authentic and engaging ways.

  • Develop and manage our SEEK employer profile and LinkedIn Life pages, ensuring these channels remain fresh, strategic, and aligned to our hiring goals.

  • Be a hands-on storyteller—interview employees, write copy, capture moments, and create standout content for use across internal and external channels.

  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing, and the Global Employer Brand team to ensure alignment and maximise impact.

  • Monitor recruitment branding campaign performance and platform insights, turning data into action and continuous improvement.

  • Act as a founding voice of recruitment marketing in the region—shaping tools, resources, and best practices for the long term in partnership with our global centre of excellence.

  • Support the Talent Acquisition and HR team on various projecs and initiatives.

What experience you need

  • Proven experience (3+ years) building and activating employer brands in the ANZ labour market.

  • Deep familiarity with social media and content marketing across LinkedIn, Instagram, and SEEK.

  • Experience producing compelling and well designed recruitment marketing/employer brand content including blogs, graphics, employee stories, and videos.

  • Experience using Canva.

  • Ability to balance creative vision with data and metrics to drive improvements.

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholder groups.

What could set you apart

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop).

  • Confidence behind the camera and in editing short-form video for social use.

  • Marketing or Communications or Design related degree

  • Agency or in-house recruitment exposure

What you need to know about the Sydney Tech Scene

From opera to comedy shows, the Sydney Opera House hosts more than 1,600 performances a year, yet its entertainment sector isn't the only one taking center stage. The city's tech sector has earned a reputation as one of the fastest-growing in the region. More specifically, its IT sector stands out as the country's third-largest, growing at twice the rate of overall employment in the past decade as businesses continue to digitize their operations to stay competitive.
