About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, high-performing Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and retention across all departments. This is a hands-on, full-ownership role — not a support function. You'll be the driving force behind our national talent strategy, with direct access to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape how we scale.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across sales, operations, and corporate teams
  • Source and headhunt top talent via direct outreach and paid campaigns
  • Run national hiring campaigns across platforms like SEEK, LinkedIn, and Meta
  • Write and optimize job ads and recruitment communications
  • Organize Careers Nights, group interviews, and other hiring events
  • Lead onboarding strategy and ensure structured delivery company-wide
  • Track new hire performance at 30/60/90 days and flag attrition risks
  • Build long-term recruitment databases and referral networks
  • Collaborate with marketing to launch recruitment funnels
  • Document and implement SOPs, workflows, and scorecards for hiring and retention

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years’ experience in recruitment; high-growth or high-volume environments preferred
  • Strong success placing candidates across multiple departments, especially sales
  • Proven ability to lead onboarding and improve retention metrics
  • Experience organizing events and managing national hiring campaigns
  • High attention to detail, strong communication, and a proactive sourcing mindset
  • Comfortable working full-time from our Sydney CBD office

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Headcount Fulfilment: 90%+ of approved roles filled
  • 90-Day Retention: 90% of hires retained beyond 90 days
  • Time-to-Fill: Average time-to-fill of 30 days or less
  • Strategy Delivery: Complete documented recruitment & onboarding strategy
