Aerones is excited to invite Applications for the position of Regional Business Manager. In this key role, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth across your designated region, promoting our advanced wind turbine maintenance and robotics solutions. As a Regional Business Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with Clients and Partners, ensuring that Aerones continues to be a Leader in the wind energy sector.

To thrive in this position, the ideal Candidate should be ready to spend 2-3 weeks in beautiful Riga, Latvia, immersing themselves in our technology, connecting with the Team, and networking. Additionally, you'll have the chance to Join Our Commercial Team at various International Tradeshows throughout the year!

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, focusing on growth in existing accounts and acquiring new Clients.
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with Aerones’ overall Business Goals.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key Stakeholders, including Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM's), Contractors, and Government authorities.
  • Conduct market research to understand the Local competitive landscape and Customer needs.
  • Drive the proposal process, including preparation, presentation, and negotiation of Contracts and Service Agreements.
  • Work collaboratively with the Engineering and Project Management teams to ensure successful Service Delivery and Client Satisfaction.
  • Work with key Team Members to establish and support partners in the Asia Pacific (exc. China)
  • Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet Sales Targets.
  • Represent Aerones at Industry Events, Conferences, and Trade Shows.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the renewable energy, industrial services, or technology sectors.
  • Fluency in English
  • Proven track record of achieving Sales Targets and developing successful Customer Relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the wind energy market and operations, particularly maintenance services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and MS Office suite for Reporting and Analysis.
  • Ability to travel Internationally as required.
