What You Will Do
- Lead a national team of Territory Managers across Australia and New Zealand, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Drive the strategic direction and execution of sales plans to achieve growth objectives.
- Build and strengthen relationships with key surgeons, hospitals, and industry stakeholders.
- Identify new market opportunities and implement initiatives to expand our CMF presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer support and service.
Who you are – required experience
This role is only for experienced leaders from the medical technology, healthcare, or a closely related industry. If you haven't worked in or sold into hospitals, surgical specialties, or clinical environments — please don’t apply.
We’re looking for someone who has led sales teams before and knows how to coach, motivate, and drive results.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in sales management
- Proven background in medical technology, healthcare, or similar industry
- Track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams
- Strong commercial mindset with a history of delivering business growth
- Exceptional relationship-builder and communicator at all levels
- Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or related field
