Join Crawford & Company as a Regional Manager and take ownership of our NSW/ACT Property & Loss Adjusting operations. This is a senior leadership role combining P&L accountability, team leadership, client growth, and hands-on adjusting.

Given the regional scope of this leadership role across NSW/ACT, we welcome applications from candidates based outside Sydney (but within NSW) who can effectively support and lead multi-site operations.

You’ll lead regional performance, support strategic growth, and ensure exceptional service delivery across multiple branches and act as a referral point for complex property damage claims

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead NSW/ACT regional operations, driving financial performance and service excellence 
  • Own and manage P&L, budgets, and business performance targets 
  • Lead, mentor, and develop Branch Managers and adjusting teams 
  •  Act as referral point for complex property claimsStrengthen existing client relationships and drive new business growth 
  • Oversee catastrophe response planning and execution 
  • Ensure compliance, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives 
  • Support the adoption of new technology and implementation of new processes

About You

  • Extensive experience in loss adjusting and/or insurance operations leadership 
  • Proven ability to manage P&L, teams, and multi-site operations 
  • Strong client focus with business development capability 
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills 
  • Relevant tertiary or industry qualifications (preferred) 
  • Current driver’s licence
