An exciting opportunity has come up within our Service Delivery team! We are looking for a people-centric and strategic leader to join our Service Delivery team as a Regional Manager in our Pyrmont office.
As a Regional Manager, you will be leading a team of Account Managers and manage the performance, relationships, longevity & sustainability of efm’s enterprise solutions whilst achieving revenue & gross profit budget. You will develop a deep understanding of customer requirements and provide valuable insights and expertise that enable to your team to navigate the complexities of logistics environment and solve problems quickly.
Requirements
Role Responsibilities:
- Development, coaching and management of a high performing team of Account Managers
- Development and maintenance of customer relationships at all levels
- Identify growth, retention and strategic opportunities with customers and oversee implementation to achieve desired outcomes
- Continuous development and maintenance of business operating procedures, systems and controls, including successful execution of any carrier / system changes
- Review of account requirements/expectations ensuring that solutions provided have a balance between commercial and operational requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of project deliverables
- The completion of monthly service review meetings and formal Quarterly Business Review meetings
We are looking for:
- 5+ years’ experience in the Logistics and Supply Chain industry
- Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities and skills
- Experience with senior stakeholder management and influencing strong commercial outcomes for the business and customers
- Adaptive to change and leading change – proven track record in identifying and implementing business improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Ability and willingness to take a practical approach and undertake work at an operational level
- Proven success in a fast paced / high growth environment
- Structured and disciplined approach to time management
