  • Embedding disciplined retail practices across product, operations, and service.
  • Partnering closely with cross-functional teams to align product flow, storytelling, and execution in store.
  • Maintaining a strong presence in market, spending time in stores to observe, coach, and elevate performance.
  • Building a robust talent pipeline, identifying and developing future leaders.
  • Own P&L performance for all stores in your region.
  • Travel regularly (30-40%) to ensure stores are set up for success and to provide hands-on leadership and support.
  • Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to identify new business opportunities, implement best practices, and drive an entrepreneurial approach to retail success.
  • Using data and insight to guide decisions, set direction, and respond to market dynamics.
  • Supporting expansion and new store openings with a focus on long-term success.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a multi-site retail leadership role (Area/Regional Manager level) within retail.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, engage, and drive collaboration among teams.
  • A track record of building strong leaders and improving team capability over time.
  • A grounded, people-first leadership approach that builds trust and drives results.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable plans.
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience and cultivating a strong brand community.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adept at navigating diverse teams and personalities.
  • Analytical and strategic planning skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
  • Experience managing budgets, KPIs, and financial performance metrics.
  • Ability to remain adaptable, flexible, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel and work weekends or holidays as required.
  • A connection to the Arc’teryx brand and an appreciation for the environments we are built for.

Our Benefits:

  • A generous team discount, not only with ARC’TERYX, but with affiliated brands.
  • Competitive salary and a great bonus scheme.
  • Parental Leave Top Up Program to support all future parents.
  • Access to an Employee Assistant Program to support your health & wellbeing.
  • Continuous on the job training, development opportunities to support your career growth.
  • Be part of a global business with great career pathways and opportunities across multiple brands.
