Job Description

As Regional Marketing Manager, Japan you will report to the Director, Regional Marketing, Japan and work closely with your marketing, business development and front line sales colleagues to deliver programs that champion the customer and drive pipeline growth.
 
Key responsibilities:

  • Work with the Director, Regional Marketing, Japan and your marketing peers to successfully develop and execute a program of activities that will generate demand and meet KPIs

  • Forecast, measure, track, and communicate the lead, pipeline and revenue impact of your programs

  • Forecast investment and diligently manage budgets for your programs

  • Enable GTM teams on your programs to maximise success

  • Partner effectively with APAC marketing campaigns, performance marketing and communications teams on programs run in Japan
     

What you bring to the role:

  • You are an effective verbal and written communicator who has a deep understanding of Japanese culture and market needs

  • You are fluent in Japanese and proficient in English

  • You bring 7+ years of experience in marketing or business development in a high-growth B2B SaaS business

  • You thrive in a culture of accountability and take extreme ownership of your work

  • You are curious and have a passion for developing exceptional customer experiences

  • You are adept at building productive relationships and influence across field organisations

  • You are data-obsessed and know how to leverage data and analytics to elicit and communicate key insights, and make smart decisions

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
