LastPass is looking for a Regional Partner Manager - MSP:

In this role, you will grow LastPass's MSP partner ecosystem across the ANZ region, using your channel expertise to drive partner success, accelerate adoption, and expand market reach. As part of a high-performing team, you will develop scalable growth strategies and help increase partner-led revenue through strong, mutually beneficial relationships.

About the Team:

The LastPass Partner Organisation is a high-performance team built around a channel-first strategy. Focused on execution and impact, we work closely with MSP partners to grow adoption, accelerate revenue, and deliver outstanding customer outcomes. Collaboration is core - across Sales, Marketing, and Product - and we move with urgency to turn partnership into competitive advantage.

If you are passionate about complex problem solving and motivated by scale, then this is the role for you!

Who will you work with?

You will work cross-functionally with the Sales organisation, Partner Marketing team, and Solution Consulting to proactively enable and expand LastPass presence within existing partners, while driving the acquisition of new partners that contribute incremental revenue growth across the ANZ territory.

What are some of the exciting challenges you will be working on?

  • Meeting and exceeding assigned sales quotas while operating within defined sales rules of engagement.
  • Driving new MSP partner acquisition across the ANZ territory while managing and growing an existing portfolio of established MSP partners.
  • Applying deep domain expertise in the channel and MSP landscape, leveraging established MSP relationships within the territory.
  • Demonstrating strong business acumen to anticipate partner needs and motivations, and to shape effective partner strategies.
  • Excelling in cross-functional influence, relationship building, and project execution across teams.
  • Accurately tracking, forecasting, and reporting on channel performance and pipeline.
  • Developing and executing strategic partner account plans, including leading quarterly business reviews with partners across key stakeholders.
  • Covering the ANZ region, with location based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane.

What does it take to work at LastPass?

  • Maintain a growth mindset - thinking big, staying curious, and bringing the drive to win while contributing to a high-performing team.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication and influencing skills to guide partners toward successful outcomes.
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships through openness, clarity, and confidence.
  • Be self-motivated and comfortable working cross-functionally while building strong partner mindshare.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader LastPass Sales organisation to inform, engage, and showcase LastPass solutions to partners.
  • Stay current on LastPass products and services through ongoing sales training and self-directed learning.
  • Maintain accurate records, develop partner plans, generate activity reports, and forecast partner business using Salesforce.com and Clari.com.
  • Be prepared for regular regional travel within the territory, with up to 50% travel overall and occasional travel outside the region.
