Say hello to opportunities.

It’s not everyday that you consider starting a new career. We’re RingCentral, and we’re happy that someone as talented as you is considering this role. First, a little about us, we’re a $2 Billion annual revenue company with double digit Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and a $93 Billion market opportunity in UCaaS, Contact Center and AI-powered adjacencies. We invest more than $250 million annually to ensure our AI-enabled technology and platforms meet or exceed the needs of our customers.

RingSense AI is our proprietary AI solution. It’s designed to fit the business needs of our customers, orchestrated to be accurate and precise, and built on the same open platform principles we apply to our core software solutions.

This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for a Regional Partner Manager to lead the next evolution of our channel ecosystem.

As a Partner Manager at RingCentral, you will be a strategic orchestrator of growth, driving the success of our reseller partner channel. You will empower our partners to lead with an AI-first mindset, positioning RingCentral’s market-leading Unified Communications (UCaaS) and AI-driven Contact Center (CCaaS) solutions. By fostering high-level strategic relationships and delivering world-class sales enablement, you will accelerate digital transformation for our customers and drive mutual revenue excellence.

Job Duties:

1. Strategic Partner Enablement & AI Advocacy

  • Build and maintain "C-suite" level relationships with reseller partners, serving as a consultant on their business growth.

  • Educate partners on the value of our AI product suite, demonstrating how integrated intelligence differentiates RingCentral in a crowded market.

  • Develop high-impact joint business plans that align revenue targets with modern marketing initiatives and technical certifications.

    2. Co-Selling & Market Expansion

    • Collaborate with partners to identify and penetrate Enterprise and Mid-Market accounts, providing expert-level support throughout the sales cycle.

    • Drive adoption of the RingCentral Partner Portal and advanced sales tools to maximize partner productivity.

    • Lead partner engagements, focusing on the "Total Experience" (TX) by combining employee communications and customer experience solutions.

    3. Training & Professional Development

    • Deliver agile training programs that keep partners ahead of the curve on AI features, security compliance, and hybrid work trends.

    • Facilitate workshops and certifications that empower partner sales teams to sell "value-out" rather than "feature-down."

    4. Performance Analytics & Insights

    • Manage a rigorous cadence of QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews), using data-driven insights to optimize partner performance against KPIs.

    • Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility to leadership via Salesforce.

    5. Cross-Functional Leadership

    • Act as the "Voice of the Partner" internally, collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to refine our channel-first strategy.

To succeed in this role you must meet the following requirements:

    • AI Literacy: Ability to articulate the business impact of AI and Machine Learning in the communications space.

    • Strategic Mastery: Expert negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

    • Analytical Rigor: Ability to translate complex sales data into actionable territory growth plans.

    • Tech Stack: Proficiency in Salesforce.com and modern partner relationship management (PRM) tools

    Desired Qualifications:

    • 3+ years in channel sales or partner management, with a specific focus on SaaS, Cloud, or AI-driven communication technologies.

    • A proven history of exceeding quotas through MSP, Reseller and VAR (Value-Added Reseller) channels.

    • Deep experience navigating the transition from legacy PBX systems to modern, AI-enhanced cloud environments.

    Attributes:

    • The "RingCentral Spirit": You are vibrant, energetic, and possess an entrepreneurial flair that allows you to adapt to a fast-moving AI landscape.

    • Strategic Hunter: You have a track record of helping partners prospect and close complex, high-contract-value (HCV) deals.

    • Collaborator: A team player who thrives on shared wins and a customer-first philosophy.

    What we offer:

    • Healthcare reimbursement

    • Group life insurance and group salary continuation

    • Superannuation Fund

    • Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)

    • Supplemental Business Travel Medical

    • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with 24/7 counseling sessions

    • On-demand digital 1:1 wellness coaching

    • Mobile and internet reimbursement

    • Leave entitlements, paid time-off, personal/carer's leave, paid holidays
