Employment Type: Full-Time

About VulnCheck

VulnCheck is transforming vulnerability intelligence by helping security teams act faster and with more confidence. Our platform delivers early, high-quality exploit intelligence, deep asset correlation, and contextual insights to help organizations stay ahead of emerging threats.

Backed by top-tier investors and experiencing rapid global growth, VulnCheck is expanding internationally—and Australia is a key strategic region for us.

About the Role

We’re looking for a high-impact Regional Sales Director based in Sydney to lead and accelerate VulnCheck’s growth across Australia. This is a senior, quota-carrying role focused on building pipeline, closing strategic enterprise deals, and establishing VulnCheck as the go-to vulnerability intelligence platform across Australia and the broader region.

This role is ideal for a driven, entrepreneurial sales leader who thrives in early-stage environments and is excited to help build our regional presence from the ground up.

You’ll play a critical role in driving enterprise revenue, expanding relationships with key accounts, and partnering closely with leadership to shape our APAC go-to-market strategy.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and drive revenue growth across APAC, with a primary focus on Australia.
  • Develop and execute a regional territory plan targeting enterprise and upper mid-market accounts.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of net-new opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through close.
  • Establish and deepen relationships with CISOs, Heads of Vulnerability Management, Threat Intelligence leaders, SOC leaders, and executive security stakeholders.
  • Partner with channel and technology partners to expand regional reach.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and executive leadership to refine messaging and win strategic accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor in vulnerability intelligence, exploit intelligence, and attack surface risk reduction.
  • Provide market feedback to help inform product strategy and regional GTM investment.

What You’ll Bring

  • Have 7+ years of enterprise cybersecurity sales experience, with regional ownership experience preferred.
  • Have a proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in complex, high-value sales cycles.
  • Have successfully sold into large enterprise security teams and government or critical infrastructure accounts in APAC.
  • Bring existing relationships with CISOs and senior security leaders in Australia.
  • Are confident navigating procurement, legal negotiations, and enterprise frameworks.
  • Thrive in startup or high-growth environments where autonomy and execution matter.
  • Are highly strategic but also hands-on in building pipeline and closing business.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively across executive and technical audiences.
  • Are comfortable working in a distributed, global team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Selling into financial services, government, defense, or critical infrastructure sectors in Australia.
  • Familiarity with vulnerability feeds, CVE scoring systems, exploit intelligence, or threat research ecosystems.
  • Experience building a territory or launching a new region for a cybersecurity company.
