About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking an exceptional, results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our strategic engagement with our largest enterprise accounts in Melbourne. In this high-impact individual contributor role, you'll leverage CrowdStrike's industry-leading cybersecurity platform to protect Australia's most critical organisations against sophisticated threat actors.

As a Regional Sales Manager for Major Accounts, you'll drive significant revenue growth by developing and executing strategic account plans that position CrowdStrike as the essential security partner for Australia's most prominent enterprises. You'll operate at the intersection of business strategy and cybersecurity, translating complex technical capabilities into compelling business value for executive stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

  • Architect and execute comprehensive account strategies that drive new business acquisition and expand existing customer relationships across your assigned territory

  • Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles, from initial prospecting through negotiation and closure of high-value agreements

  • Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers at the CIO, CISO, and board level

  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (Sales Engineering, Channel, Marketing, Services) to deliver exceptional customer experiences

  • Leverage partner ecosystems to accelerate market penetration and create mutual value

  • Apply the MEDDPICC sales methodology to qualify, advance, and close strategic opportunities

  • Maintain meticulous pipeline management and forecasting accuracy through Salesforce

What You'll Need:

  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in enterprise cybersecurity, cloud, or SaaS sales

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex buying committees and build executive-level relationships

  • Deep understanding of enterprise security challenges and how modern security platforms address them

  • Experience selling to and influencing C-level security and technology leaders

  • Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes

  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to tailor messaging across technical and business audiences

  • Strategic mindset with ability to develop and execute account plans that drive long-term value

  • Self-motivated with strong organizational discipline and collaborative approach

  • Experience with modern security technologies and trends (cloud security, XDR, identity protection)
