The Opportunity

Due to an internal promotion, we currently have an opportunity for an experienced, high-performing Regional Sales Manager to lead and shape the Wound Closure team in Sydney. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you will have the opportunity to shape strategy, inspire performance, drive growth, empower teams to meet targets, build relationships, and champion our brand with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Leading, coaching, and upskilling a team of Product and Territory Solution Specialists, and delivering and executing regional sales strategies that align with national goals
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving growth by identifying opportunities, increasing usage, and improving product visibility
  • Ensuring KPIs are met and exceeded through strong leadership, training, and support
  • Collaborating with Sales & Marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of agreed business plans

About You

  • Proven experience in Surgical sales and demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop teams
  • Commercially astute, with strong knowledge of the local market
  • A natural relationship builder with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate at all levels of the business
  • Highly organised, with a strong passion for coaching and developing people
