Salesforce is seeking a dynamic and proven Sales Leader to take on the role of Regional Vice President (RVP) within our Cloud Enterprise team . This is an exciting opportunity to drive strategic growth in a high-impact, fast-paced environment. As an RVP, you will lead a team of dedicated Cloud Sales Leaders and Account Executives, ensuring Salesforce continues to deliver innovative solutions that empower organisations to achieve their missions.
Your Mission as a Regional Vice President (RVP):

  • Lead and Inspire: Oversee a team of Regional Sales Directors and Account Executives, driving individual and team performance while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth.
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the go-to-market strategy for the Pooled business, aligning with Salesforce’s core values and corporate objectives.
  • Engage Partners: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with senior leaders across organisations, ensuring Salesforce’s solutions are positioned as transformative tools for public service delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Solution Engineering, Partner Alliances, and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution of growth strategies.
  • Deliver Results: Drive accountability across your teams to exceed sales goals, with a strong focus on acquiring new public sector accounts while expanding relationships with existing customers.
  • Thought Leadership: Represent Salesforce at public sector forums, industry events, and user groups to enhance market presence and influence.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting, using data-driven insights to optimise business outcomes.
  • Talent Development: Hire, mentor, and develop top-tier sales talent, ensuring a strong and diverse team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a senior enterprise sales leader, managing multiple teams or regions.
  • Demonstrated success in driving sales strategies that exceed targets and deliver impactful results.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage partners at the executive level.
  • Extensive experience in the technology industry, ideally with SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS solutions, and a strong understanding of the CRM space.
  • A strategic attitude with the ability to synthesise complex data and craft actionable insights for growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with enterprise business owners to support their technology needs.
  • Experience managing high velocity high touch complex sales territories.
  • Expertise in recruiting, developing, and retaining diverse sales talent.
  • Experience managing sales across multiple products.
