Are you an experienced business banker with a passion to support and drive the success of leading business and commercial banking clients? Join us and we will provide you the tools and resources to flourish as well as flexibility of working in your local area!

Your team will be made up of Relationship Executives & Analysts in Canberra and the Sapphire Coast. We manage diversified clients, and provide full Business & Commercial Banking solutions.
The segment we focus on is businesses that turnover between $15m - $30m delivering on a range of needs and requirements, including cash flow, capital, transaction banking, risk management and deposit needs.
Our commitment is to deliver exceptional service & solutions to our clients in order to achieve long lasting relationships & sustainable business growth year in year out.

Do work that matters

Ideally you are an experienced Business Banker ready to make your next move. You will manage an existing book of established clients with a focus on servicing and new client acquisition.

You will provide meaningful solutions for a portfolio of diversified business clients with complex banking needs. Your role will be to understand these needs and goals and support them in realising new opportunities.

Your insights, experience and expertise, along with a great range of innovative products and services, for business growth will see them succeed, with their success will become your own.

More specifically, you will

  • Build strong relationships with clients and retain their business through excellent client service;
  • Use your network and referral partners to identify and pursue new to bank opportunities;
  • Gain an in depth understanding of complex client needs and engage product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions;
  • Drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions; and
  • Continue to build your profile and presence on behalf of CommBank across the region.

     

We want to hear from you if you have

  • Experience in successfully building and leading a successful Business Banking portfolio;
  • Experience in business/commercial lending;
  • A deep understanding of banking products and services;
  • Sound financial analysis and credit skills, with a strong understanding of financial documents and the underlying cash-flow drivers;
  • A real passion for customer service and driving new business; and
  • Experience in the Diversified sector would be highly advantageous.
