Here you'll provide meaningful solutions for an existing portfolio of diversified- business clients. Your relationship management experience, insights and expertise, along with our range of innovative products and services will help you move these businesses forward and grow our client base.

 

In addition to providing excellent service to the existing clients, you will also focus on new client acquisition as well as identifying further opportunities for both new and existing clients.

Our Commercial Banking teams are proud to support a range of medium to large sized businesses across Australia. Our advanced technology solutions allow our people to provide invaluable support to our clients as we help them lead their businesses into the future.

 

Your team will be made up of Relationship Executives & Analysts in Parramatta who manage a diversified client base, and provide the full suite of Business & Commercial Banking solutions. The segment we focus on is businesses that turnover between $3m - $15m or $1m - $3m in commercial lending and delivering on a range of needs and requirements, including working capital, vehicle & equipment finance, home and investment home lending, transaction & merchant solutions as well as foreign exchange and interest rate risk management.
We work flexibly to balance the needs of the client, team and home-life.

 

We’re interested in hearing from people who:

  • Have experience in building and leading a successful Business or Commercial Banking portfolio and lending above $1m;

  • Have a deep understanding of banking products and services;

  • Are highly skilled in credit and comfortable in financial analysis, with a strong understanding of financial documents and the underlying cash-flow drivers; and

  • Pride themselves in building relationships through excellent service and driving new business.

This opportunity would suit an existing Small Business Banker or experienced Analyst who is looking to step up and enhance their experience and be part of a team who are on a growth journey.
