As a Relationship Executive, you will provide meaningful solutions for a flagship portfolio of diversified business clients with complex banking needs. Understanding the specific needs and goals of your clients will help you to use your relationships to help them understand new opportunities. You will use your insights, experience and expertise, along with a great range of innovative products and services, to help move these businesses forward and to grow our client base. You will commence with an existing book of established clients with the expectation that in addition to providing excellent service to these clients, you will also focus on new client acquisition as well as identifying further opportunities for both new and existing clients.

We work flexibly to balance the needs of the client, team and home-life. This team works between the office, client sites and remotely.
 

More specifically, you will

  • Work closely with clients, build strong relationships and gain an in-depth understanding of their individual needs, retaining their current business while identifying new opportunities;
  • Collaborate with product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions;
  • Drive strategy and deal execution, structuring and negotiation of financial solutions, while owning proactive risk management responsibilities,

  • Are highly skilled in leading deal execution including origination, structuring, and negation of complex solutions;
  • Thrive in collaborative environments to deliver a broad range of financial solutions;
  • Are comfortable in financial analysis and credit decisioning, understanding the drivers of cash-flow.
