About the role:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll join a high-performing, results-focused sales team in Queensland, driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences for our largest key customers across the Brisbane Metropolitan, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast territory.  This is your chance to shine by building strong, trusted partnerships and turning opportunities into wins.

While previous dental sales experience is highly regarded, we also welcome applications from motivated dental professionals who are ready to transition into a sales career. Success in this role requires a growth mindset, strong work ethic, and a drive to exceed expectation. We’re looking for someone who wants more than just a job and is committed to building a long‑term sales career.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive sustainable revenue growth by achieving sales targets and converting customer relationships into long‑term partnerships

  • Build trust and deliver outstanding service by providing tailored solutions that meet customer needs

  • Engage and coordinate the right internal experts at the right time to deliver optimal customer outcomes

  • Collaborate closely with the wider sales team to identify, unlock and progress new business opportunities

  • Maintain accurate communication, reporting and insights through CRM platforms to support smarter commercial strategies

  • Facilitate customer education and training in partnership with category and supplier specialists

  • Share market insights, performance analysis, knowledge and best practices with the broader team

  • Represent the brand at exhibitions, events and industry forums

You’ll succeed in this role if you have:

  • Proven sales experience (dental industry experience is a strong advantage)

  • Persistence and patience as you will be managing long sales cycles

  • Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport

  • Sharp commercial thinking and the analytical skills

  • A self-motivated, resilient mindset with a genuine can-do attitude

  • Confidence presenting products, running workshops, and engaging diverse audiences

  • Strong computer skills, particularly in reporting, CRM, and sales analysis
