About the Company

Our client is a growing technology-focused company looking for a driven Account Executive to take ownership of the sales process, build strong customer relationships, and consistently deliver revenue growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a sales professional who is confident managing prospects from initial qualification through to closing and enjoys working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Role Type: Full-time

Engagement: Independent Contractor

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced, results-driven Account Executive (AE) with 3–4+ years of B2B sales experience and a proven track record of closing deals.

This is a closing-focused sales role for someone who knows how to take qualified opportunities through the sales process, handle objections, negotiate confidently, and turn prospects into paying customers.

We're looking for a true closer — not someone whose experience is limited to prospecting, appointment setting, or lead generation.

The ideal candidate has consistently achieved sales targets, managed a pipeline independently, and can demonstrate measurable revenue generated from deals they personally closed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the sales cycle from qualified opportunity to signed contract.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and sales presentations with decision-makers.
  • Close B2B deals consistently, converting qualified opportunities into paying customers.
  • Manage objections, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and secure commitments.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and senior decision-makers.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecasts using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Follow up strategically with prospects to move opportunities through the pipeline.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with SDRs, marketing, and leadership teams to maximize conversion rates.

Requirements
  • 3–4+ years of proven B2B sales experience, ideally in an Account Executive or closing-focused role.
  • Demonstrable closing experience is mandatory — you must have personally owned and closed deals, not just booked meetings or generated leads.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Experience managing deals from discovery through negotiation to signed agreement.
  • Strong objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Confidence selling to business owners, senior stakeholders, and decision-makers.
  • Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, target-driven sales environment.
  • Comfortable discussing previous sales performance, including quota attainment, average deal size, and closed revenue.
Nice to Have
  • Experience selling SaaS, technology, marketing services, or other B2B solutions.
  • Experience selling into UK, US, or international markets.
  • Experience closing deals through video calls and remote sales processes.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.
