WHAT YOU GET
  • $150/week base pay 

  • $20 for every qualified appointment booked

Our best reps book 3–7 appointments a day. If you're coachable and consistent, you will get paid every single week.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Growth Campaign Advisor, you’re not cold-calling off random names. You’ll be driving farming our inbound leads, local business interest, and business that are newly registered and scheduling calls for your Sales Manager to close.

  • Follow up with warm leads from paid ads and partner channels

  • Book qualified appointments with decision-makers

  • Send follow-up emails, texts, and calendar invites

  • Track activity and progress in CRM

  • Assist senior closers in prepping and following up on calls

  • Learn the ropes until you're ready to close your own deals

WHO YOU ARE
  • A sharp English speaker with sales instincts or marketing hustle

  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Suite, and CRMs like Hubspot or Salesforce

  • Have a stable internet connection (50+ Mbps) and headset

  • Professional, organized, and wired to win

  • Bonus if you have fitness industry experience or a performance-first mindset

  • U.S. expats and remote-savvy locals strongly encouraged
