We have an exciting opportunity to join our Valuation team as a Residual Value Analyst. In this role, you’ll help ensure our used valuations for cars and commercial vehicles are accurate and reliable, while meeting strict deadlines to deliver timely data to our customers.

The Department
Our Valuations team is responsible for delivering accurate and reliable vehicle valuations and pricing in line with our strategic goals.
The Role
As a Residual Value Analyst, you will produce valuation and specification data for used vehicles and forecast values where relevant. You will analyse the current vehicle market across cars and commercial vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the monthly creation of vehicle specification data.
- Ensure the monthly publication of accurate and timely used vehicle valuations.
- Assess new models, facelifts, and brands to create initial used valuations.
- Operate within strict governance, adhering to policies and management instructions.
- Attend industry events to gather market and product knowledge and share insights with the team.
- Maintain valuation accuracy as a core pillar of our activity.
- Identify and track key market trends and influencing factors in the automotive sector.
- Contribute to regular market reviews and valuation policy meetings.
- Respond to customer queries in line with our customer experience standards.
The Candidate
We are looking for a candidate who has completed secondary education, possesses strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and a general IT affinity, and has an excellent command of the local language. The ideal candidate will have a structured, goal-oriented, and analytical approach to work, a basic understanding of statistics, and experience analysing large datasets using BI tools, preferably Tableau. Knowledge of the automotive market and industry is desirable, along with strong team spirit, integrity, and professionalism. The candidate should also be willing to travel when required.
