Hastings Deering (Australia) LtdReporting to the Executive Manager - Site Performance, you will:
Ensure all HDAL employees working within the assigned team achieve ‘No Harm’, driving a Care for All approach
Develop and lead a team of RI Support Representatives.
Develop and implement fleet performance improvements.
Manage the parts and service sales funnel and grow market share.
Work with business units to improve customer experience through clear communications and demand planning.
Develop key customer relationships.
Support sales team in developing deal strategies for large fleet deals.
Develop tender responses including commercial performance.
About You
A successful candidate will acquire:
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Engineering or equivalent experience
Minimum seven years’ experience in a similar management role
Relevant Trade Qualification
Experience in the mining, mining services or heavy earthmoving industries, demonstrating a knowledge of mine operation system functions and capabilities and mine severity analysis and production drivers
Experience in dealer service, mining, mining services or heavy earthmoving industries with a knowledge of CAT services and parts
Demonstrable experience in establishing and maintaining mutually beneficial customer relationships
Membership of industry networks, bodies and affiliations would be desirable
