Role Responsibilities:
Leading perfect service to our customers through proactively driving valued supply and capacity solutions. Being a complexity champion, planner uses continuous improvement and digital solutions to step-up business delivery in executing cash and cost activities.

Responsible for proactively managing supply of Finished Goods.

Manage exceptions to proactively mitigate supply risks and operational issues.

Lead crisis management and escalations, including product availability, Quality issues, microbiological issues, material shortages etc. within supply planning stakeholders.

Lead continuous improvement activities with category planning team to address chronic losses.

Delivering action on business waste management and prevention.

Partner with Market Collaboration Planner on risk & opportunities.

Accountable for innovation on time deliveries, with optimized cost and minimal business waste.

Unlock capacity constraints solutions (MTCP/LTCP).

Lead SC representation in continuous SCC improvement program (AF, Repack, FOC).

Driving actions to meet inventory and distribution policy target with their L2 E2E Supply Planner.
What you will need to succeed
Experiences & Qualifications
-
Proven demand planning, supply planning or inventory experience.

Proficient in the use of MS Excel and MS Office applications.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions and drive change.

High degree of numeracy and analytical capability.
-
Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively and professionally communicate with stakeholders to adequately set and deliver expectations.

Be a motivated team member, willing to learn and assist others.
-
Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent would be advantageous.
