Job Description

As the Retail Buyer’s Agent Manager, you’ll be a key driver in evolving our buyer’s agency modelcollaborating closely with franchisees and in-store agents to deliver exceptional customer experiences and fuel measurable growth.

You’ll strategically guide franchisees as they implement and expand the buyer’s agency model in their stores, while hands-on managing and empowering in-store buyer’s agents to ensure consistent performance, compliance, and quality across the national network.

 

What you'll do:

  • Lead onboarding, training, and ongoing development of Retail Buyer’s Agents to ensure top performance and compliance
  • Coach and support in-store Buyer's Agents (BAs) with tools, scripts, and strategies to drive customer success and KPI achievement
  • Act as the primary buyer’s agency contact for franchisees, supporting them to successfully launch, manage, and grow their Retail BA offering
  • Consult with franchisees on:
    • Buyer’s agent recruitment and succession planning
    • Setting realistic growth goals and expectations
    • Integrating BA workflows with broker flows
    • Store setup, tools, systems, and compliance requirements
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics, driving accountability and improvement plans where needed
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, legal, and operational standards across the network
  • Foster collaboration through the “Connect” referral model, promoting cross-store client referrals and best practices
  • Support franchisees and Retail BAs with local marketing initiatives that drive awareness of the buyer’s agent offering
  • Drive strategic growth by documenting best practices and advocating for franchisee needs in company-wide planning

Qualifications

  • Bring 5+ years of powerhouse experience in buyer’s agency, real estate leadership, or franchise support where you’ve made a real impact
  • Proven track record working with or supporting retail franchise networks in broking, real estate, or financial services with expertise that drives results
  • Solid knowledge of Australia’s real estate licensing and compliance landscape to keep everything above board and running smoothly
  • A hands-on, get-things-done attitude ready to jump in and make an immediate difference from day one
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on KPIs and driving performance improvements
  • Outstanding communicator and stakeholder wrangler who builds strong relationships and gets buy-in across the board
  • Fired up about operational excellence and growth thriving on collaboration to unlock success
