About the role

We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes data - where turning numbers into insights and insights into action is second nature. As a Revenue Operations Analyst at Halter, you’ll play a critical role in fueling our next stage of growth. You'll transform complex data into powerful insights, enabling smarter, faster decisions that drive revenue efficiency at scale.

With record-breaking growth in New Zealand and big ambitions to continue to expand into the USA and Australia, this is your chance to be at the forefront of our global expansion. You’ll be pushing boundaries, ensuring the right insights land in the right hands at the right time, and empowering our go-to-market team to move at full speed ahead.

Who are we looking for

  • The right person for this role will be a highly collaborative, analytical, and strategic thinker who thrives on turning data into action. You’ll have a sharp ability to distill complex insights into clear, impactful recommendations that drive meaningful change across the organisation.
  • You won’t be someone who just analyses data for it to end up in a slide deck that no one reads- you’ll be using these insights to shape game-changing strategies that set our go-to-market teams up for success. Whether it’s optimizing processes, identifying growth opportunities, or tackling ambiguous challenges, you’re always ready to roll up your sleeves and bring structure to the undefined.
  • We value diverse backgrounds and unconventional paths—what matters most is that you’re a brilliant doer and thinker, capable of juggling multiple priorities while keeping an eye on the bigger picture. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love solving problems that drive real business impact, we want to hear from you!

What your day could look like

  • Revenue Analysis: Analyse complex datasets, and identify trends that successfully unlock actions across the go-to-market organisation that drive revenue growth and efficiencies. You’ll also play a fundamental role in our bottom-up budget and sales forecasting process, building the roadmap to our revenue and efficiency goals.
  • Ownership of the Go-To-Market reporting suite: Produce highly accurate and accessible reporting that unlocks key insights right throughout our organisation. You’ll be responsible for ensuring data integrity is kept to the highest standard through quality enablement and process hygiene. Experience with tools such as Excel, Salesforce, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker) will be necessary.
  • Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators for sales teams and revenue-generating activities, use these metrics to identify areas for improvement, and work with leadership to implement strategies to drive better results.
  • Critical projects: Own and drive critical commercial projects that unlock revenue and efficiency gains across the organisation. Examples of this include pricing and packaging, net revenue retention strategies, and sales cycle and process improvements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support our revenue operations organisation with upgrading our go-to-marketing reporting engine, utilising and evolving our current tech stack to unlock our ability to scale.

Our Office First Approach

There’s a reason you visit your friends in person, live with your family and don’t do dinners over Zoom. Humans are wired for connection. We believe a world-class, in-person office culture is the best way for high-performing teams.

Being office first is a core pillar of our culture. We believe in-person connections are key to driving your own growth, learning, impact, and building genuine long-lasting relationships. Strong relationships make it easier to disagree, give feedback, and do meaningful and aligned work. We don’t like having heaps of rules or policies, but this means having strong, trusted relationships is critical.

We’re office first, not office only. This means working from the office everyday is our default setting, but we flex when we need to. We have a high-trust culture, so everyone is trusted to do what’s best for Halter.

Our office vibe is something special, it’s hard to describe until you’re here, but people at Halter who have come from fully remote or hybrid companies say they could never go back - the high energy and spectacular people they are now surrounded by everyday makes work so enjoyable.
