About the role

Reporting directly to the Revenue Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in enabling our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to perform at their best. Through insightful analysis and smart reporting, you'll help inform decisions that boost efficiency, conversion, and retention. From building dashboards to uncovering growth opportunities, you’ll turn data into action
What you’ll be doing

  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators across the sales funnel, marketing activities, and customer success.
  • Conduct regular analysis of lead generation, pipeline performance, customer retention risks, and marketing channel effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate campaign performance and lead quarterly analytical reviews to shape future planning.
  • Drive improvements in sales and marketing processes through forecasting, lead scoring models, and conversion analysis.
  • Support CRM operations including territory management, sales competitions, documentation, and system hygiene.
  • Gather and share market and competitor intelligence to inform strategy and business planning.
  • Support  testing and experimentation to enhance campaign performance, onboarding, and activation initiatives.

Who are we looking for?

What you bring to the team;

  • 2–4 years’ experience in Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, Business or Data Analysis, ideally in a fast-paced or SaaS environment
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), data analysis tools (Excel, Google sheet, Tableau, SQL, Snowflake).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and a healthy dose of ambiguity.
