This is an exciting opportunity to join the Global Strategy and Operations team as a Revenue Operations Manager, driving sales strategy execution, reporting, forecasting and analysis to provide the leadership team with valuable insights and recommendations to drive business growth across APJ.


About The Role
  • Proven experience in business partnering with senior leaders to deliver forecasts, plans and goals
  • Create, own and deliver on sales management frameworks and governance models including but not limited to forecasting, business reviews and strategic planning processes
  • Develop metrics, dashboards, reports and tools to support a rapidly expanding business
  • Prepare ad-hoc analysis and participate in projects and deep dives as needed
  • Partner with regional and global Revenue Operations to own, drive and execute business efficiency improvement projects
  • Promote self-service through enablement, reporting, simplification and automation

Requirements
  • This is a hands on role, you must be a self-starter and willing to roll up your sleeves to deliver results
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue and Sales Operations within a global SaaS or technology company
  • Strong preference for candidates who’ve supported partnership teams and understand partner ecosystems
  • Experience with administration and configuration of Salesforce flows, formulas, custom views, reports and dashboards
  • Proven ability to build relationships and business partner with senior leaders across different functions within the company
  • Experience owning and running Annual Planning Cycles which includes strategy planning, hiring and capacity planning, territory planning and change management
  • Knowledge of BI Tools and SQL preferred
