About the right team member

In this senior role within the Revenue Operations team, the teammate is responsible for supporting strategic accounts, optimizing deal velocity, and delivering training curriculum for new hires. Key duties include implementing best practices, resolving complex deal queues, managing efficient deal operations for mid-market and strategic accounts teams, delivering onboarding and ongoing enablement, and providing feedback on training curriculum and rep performance. The ideal candidate should have advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and other sales operations tools, along with strong communication and relationship-building skills. With a proactive problem-solving approach, they contribute to strategies aimed at increasing company-wide revenue while managing cross-functional relationships effectively. 

About the role

  • Support the Revenue Operations team in increasing deal velocity and ensuring adherence to best practices. 
  • Deliver training curriculum for new hires and support training assessments 
  • Deliver ongoing training as assigned and enablement tech stack support as needed 
  • Provide feedback on training and enablement materials as well as sales team performance. 
  • Cascade and implement deal best practices throughout the organization, providing training and guidance to sales teams. 
  • Resolve case queues related to deals and Salesforce, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. 
  • Manage deal operations, including deal reviews, approvals, and coordination with SMB and MM sales teams 
  • Identify areas where revenue generating teams can be provided additional resources to improve deal velocity 
  • Provide support in the development and implementation of strategies to optimize deal lifecycle and increase revenue. 
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure seamless deal operations. 
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of revenue operations processes by delivering simple scalable solutions to problems. 

Skills & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred. 
  • 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales support, or a similar role. 
  • Experience in a previous capacity as Customer Success or Strategic Sales looking to move into support highly encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, excel, and other Sales Operations tools. 
  • Familiar with zoom, sales engagement, and conversation intelligence tools. 
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities. 
  • Ability to deliver presentations in a digital or in-person format 
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships with colleagues 
  • Ability to quickly learn when facing new problems 
  • Driven by checking off tasks that help improve sales velocity.
